Server log data: IP address, date, time, and requested page — technically required for operating the website.

Appointment requests are used to process your booking enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Server log data is used to ensure the security and stable operation of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Retention period

Appointment request data is deleted three months after the scheduled appointment.

Server log data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
