Data we collect

Appointment booking. When you use the booking form, we process the following data:

• —First and last name
• —Email address
• —Phone number (optional)
• —Occasion (e.g. wedding, business)
• —Preferred appointment date and time
• —Notes (optional)

Legal basis

Appointment requests are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Technical access data (server logs) is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security and operation of the website).

Purpose of processing

• —Detection and prevention of misuse

Retention period

Appointment request data is deleted after full processing and expiry of statutory retention periods, at the latest three months after the scheduled appointment.

Server log files are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.

Hosting

Website (frontend). This website is served via the edge network of Vercel Inc. (440 N Baxter Ave, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The primary server location for visitors from Austria is Frankfurt am Main, Germany (region eu-central-1). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Appointment management (backend). The appointment booking software and associated data processing are operated on a dedicated server of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany), located within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.

Personal data is not shared with any other third parties unless required by law.

Web analytics

This website does not use standalone web analytics software. As the hosting provider, Vercel collects aggregated infrastructure metrics (e.g. response times, error rates) as part of normal website operation. No personal analysis of user behaviour takes place. No tracking cookies are set.

Google Maps

This website embeds Google Maps (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The map view is only loaded after your active consent (two-click solution). No data is transmitted to Google before you give consent.

After you consent, data — including your IP address and browser information — is transmitted to Google servers, which may be located outside the EU.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent applies for the duration of the browser session and can be withdrawn by closing the browser. For details, see Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
