These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website atrimen.at and to the handling of appointment requests submitted via the booking form.

The booking form constitutes a non-binding enquiry — not a binding contract. A booking is only confirmed upon written confirmation from Atrimen.

In-store consultations are free of charge and without obligation. There is no obligation to purchase.

Prices shown on this website (e.g. suits from €180) are indicative minimum prices. Please enquire in-store for current pricing.

Price changes are reserved.

Atrimen makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided on this website.

Liability for damages arising from the use of this website is excluded unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The competent court in Vienna shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms.

Atrimen reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
